Delta State Commissioner for Lands and Surveys, Mr. Chika Ossai, has called on staff of the ministry to work as members of one indivisible family in order to stimulate improved service delivery to Deltans in line with the policy thrust of the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa- led administration in the state.
Ossai, who was recently redeployed from the Bureau for Special Duties to the ministry in a minor cabinet shake-up, made the call yesterday while addressing members of staff in the ministry on his assumption of duties in the ministry.
He stressed the need for a high level of commitment to duty by members of staff in the ministry, adding that job schedules should not be monopolized, noting that every staff in the ministry should be meaningfully engaged to avoid idleness.
