Crouch becomes 26th, oldest player to reach 100 Premier League goals

Peter Crouch became the oldest player to score a century of Premier League goals when he reached the landmark during Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw with Everton.

The Stoke City striker met Marko Arnautovic’s centre in the seventh minute at the bet365 Stadium to become the 26th player to join the exclusive ‘100 club’ and he marked the moment in style with his famous robot celebration.

Crouch struck his century at the age of 36 years and two days, only three days older than Manchester United’s Ryan Giggs was when he reached 100 goals.
