It noted that the sack of the Council boss was as a result of the poor environmental  and sanitary conditions of Ohaozara local government headquarters, Obiozara as it is   presently overgrown by grasses defaced by refuse and offices including that of the Chairman covered by Spider cobwebs and other dirts.

Umahi further directed that no staff of Ohaozara will be paid his or her salaries until the local government headquarters was certified clean and inhabitable.

Accordingly, the Governor approved the immediate appointment of Hon. Mark Onu as the Acting Chairman of the local government and Mrs. Chukwu Ajah as the Vice Chairman Caretaker Committee of Ohaozara local government area.
