Oil price won’t derail LNG project — Gaius-Obaseki
The Chairman, Brass Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG, Limited, Dr. Jackson Gaius-Obaseki, yesterday, said that the low price of crude oil in the international market will not adversely affect the realisation of the LNG project, and that the dwindling oil price had led to a review that would help increase viability and bring down the cost of the project.

MAGISTRATE Tesillimi Shomade of the Chief Magistrate’s Court, Ojo, Lagos State, has denied allegations of corruption and pervasion of justice, made against him by one Mr Bamanga Adamu, a Customs Officer. In his reply to a query by the Deputy Chief Registrar, over the petition against him by Adamu, the Magistrate said all the allegations in the petition of Mr Adamu dated February 25, 2015 were not true.

Two people were confirmed dead from Lassa Fever in Lagos and Jigawa states, yesterday, with 563 people, who had contact with the index cases, under surveillance in both states.
