When Governing Councils Dissolve into Thin Air, What Next?
Last week Nigeria’s Honourable Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu announced the immediate dissolution of the Governing Councils of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and University of Port Harcourt.
