OLEH—UNIDENTIFIED gunmen, weekend, shot dead a commercial motorcyclist (Okada rider) at Ozoro, headquarters of Isoko North Local Government Area, Delta State, making away with his motorcycle.

Sources disclosed that the gunmen, numbering three, shot the Okada rider in his left eye before taking away his motorcycle.

The sources added that the deceased, who hailed from Ototie Street of Etevie quarters, was rushed to a nearby hospital by sympathizers.

“He was later rushed to another hospital in Ughelli, but the doctor could not attend to him, and was again referred to the Delta State University Teaching Hospital, Oghara but died on the way,’’ the source said.
