The trial of the seven judges arrested last week for alleged corruption, will no longer take place tomorrow, as earlier expected.
Rather, the suspects will be arraigned next week, according to sources close to the matter.
The shift, Vanguard learnt, followed the number of petitions from aggrieved Nigerian litigants to the Department of State Security, complaining of how they lost hundreds of millions of Naira to the suspects.
A competent source said many of the victims, who lost money in the form of heavy bribes to the judges, have indicated readiness to testify against the suspects in court.
