Hours before convocation, Ph.D student dies
The convivial atmosphere suddenly turned sour inside the convocation hall of University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), when news filtered in that a doctorate degree graduand of the institution, Dr. AbdulHafeez Adedimeji, died, yesterday morning, ahead of his graduation. The Dean, Faculty of Post Graduate Studies, Prof. Badmas Olanrewaju Yusuf, broke the sad news at the UNILORIN auditorium, venue of the 32nd convocation.
