Monarch tasks subjects on peace

The traditional ruler and Obuzor of Ibusa, Delta State, Obi Louis Nwoboshi, has called on his subjects to remain peaceful and ensure they join him in the overall development of the community.

HRM, Obi Nwoboshi, at the event to mark the 21 years of establishment of Obuzor institution, where he addressed representatives of the 10 quarters of the community as well as the Tintank-Oloe-Ome, expressed joy over the support of all and reminded them of the need to be guided by the custom and tradition of the people in their daily activities.

He said that the formal inauguration of Ibusa Market Association will take place soon and enjoined all to key into it.

Earlier during the presentation of gifts by the Obuzor to the oldest man and Isinka of Ibusa, Chief Pius Nwanze to inform him of the completion of the performance of the eating of the new yam by the community, Obi Nwoboshi thanked the ancestors for peaceful celebration.
