A CHIEFTAIN of the APC in Edo state, Chief Charles Idahosa, has challenged the PDP Governorship Candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu to mention one project the PDP had executed in the state that will warrant the people voting for the party.
Idahosa who also is the Special Adviser on Political Matters to Governor Adams Oshiomhole, said: “Though we are still confused who will be the candidate of the PDP, whether Ize-Iyamu or Matthew Iduoriyekemwen, but supposed it is Ize-Iyamu, he has not been able to tell Edo people one project the PDP executed in the state to make people vote for them even throughout his tenure as Chief of Staff and SSG to Governor Lucky Igbinedion, his mentor”.
Asserting that Godwin Obaseki will beat Ize-Iyamu at the polls, the APC leader said “ it is a shame that up till now former Governor Igbinedion has not campaigned with Ize-Iyamu. ‘’it shows there is a disconnect because whether you like it or not, Lucky Igbinedion is one of the top leaders of the PDP and yet we have not seen him one day campaign for Ize-Iyamu who is his man Friday, why?’’
