Making the donation during the commissioning of the Law Faculty complex by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Oguma said that the donation was his contribution to the advancement of education in the state.

Noting that the governor was committed to the overall development of the state, he said the gesture was in support and appreciation of the good works the governor was doing in the state.

He insisted that government alone cannot address all the needs of the people, calling on well meaning individuals and organisations to partner government in its development effort.

Urging the students to take advantage of the conducive learning environment being provided by government to study hard to secure a better future, Oguma appealed to both students and management of the school to put the computers into good use.

Appealing to the students to shun all forms of violence on campus, he stressed the need for all Deltans to assist government and security agencies in keeping peace in the state.
