OWERRI—Barring any unforeseen circumstances, no fewer than five state governors and the Speaker, House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, are billed to be in Owerri today.

According to a Government House statement by the Governor Rochas Okorocha’s Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Mr. Samuel Onwuemeodo, the visitors would grace an event where the  Commissioners and Advisers in the Rescue Mission administration in the state would publicly give account of their stewardship and would also be assessed by a panel of judges.

“The panel of judges would equally name the best performing Commissioner or Special Adviser, as well as the second and third positions and they would be rewarded accordingly,” the CPS stated.
