ABEOKUTA – An acclaimed prophet, Akomolafe Ayinde, said to be the founder of Kingdom of Peace Church, Abeokuta, was yesterday, arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command for alleged abduction, forced labour and sex slavery.

The Prophet’s arrest last Saturday, according to the State Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi , followed a tip off that one Adebanjo Adeyinka, who was declared missing six years ago, was sighted in his premises.

According to the PPRO, when the SARS swooped on the church, apart from Adebanjo, who was in a demented state and engaged in manual labour , seven other women and children, were also found in the church.
