UMUAHIA—THE immediate past Chairman of Abia State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Emma Nwaka, yesterday, handed over to his successor with a warning that he should not accept any results of the recent ward or local government congresses not signed by him, alleging that some highly-placed members in the state were planning to alter the names in Abuja.

Nwaka told the new Chairman, Chief Johnson Onuigbo, and his new executive committee that he carefully counter-signed all the results of the congresses to ensure that nobody changed them.

He urged him to resist all inducements and to work with the governor, who is the leader of the party in the state, and other members to achieve success.
