Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital was on Thursday, agog as the member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Hon Afolabi Akanni, who was arrested on March 4 and detained for 18 days by the Department of State Services, DSS, returned to the state to a rousing welcome.
Akanni was flown into the state in a Helicopter marked 5N-BRL.
