ABUJA – The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered that the immediate past Minister of Interior, Abba Moro and a Deputy Director in the ministry, Mr. F. O Alayebami, should remain in prison custody until tomorrow when their applications ‎ will be considered.

‎Justice Anwuli Chikere made the order after the duo who are facing trial over their alleged complicity in a N676million job recruitment scam, through their lawyers, applied to be released on bail pending the determination of the case against them.

They are answering to an 11-count charge preferred against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Equally charged over the alleged crime
