Emmanuel Babayaro
Ex-Super Eagles defender Celestine Babayaro has been appointed the ambassador of Kaduna United.
The 37-year-old was born in Kaduna and is somehow of a cult figure in the northern city.
The former Chelsea left-back is set to be unveiled by the team before the start of the Nigeria National League (NNL) new season.
His elder brother Emmanuel Babayaro is now the chairman/CEO of the frontier Friends of Football, which recently secured a deal to manage the club for the next three years from the Kaduna State government.
Also appointed is a new media officer of the team Jide Bodunde, who is a radio football analyst in Kaduna and he will take over from Uba Mohammed who has been sacked alongside the backroom staff of the last administration.
Ex Plateau United midfielder Stephen Musa who also played in Germany for Sarrebuck is now the team coordinator, while veteran league and Ex- beach soccer captain Abdul Issa is now goalkeeper’s trainer.
