Following the drama that trailed the confirmation of former Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, at the senate on Thursday, Nigerians have taken to the social media to express their opinions on the senate procedure which ended in favour of Amaechi.

While some were satisfied with the way the process turned out, others however, expressed their dissatisfaction over the outcome of the confirmation exercise.

Recall that Senators of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, staged a walkout on the Senate President, Bukola Saraki in protest of his confirmation of Amaechi.
