6:25 pm: Voting has commence. Governor Idris Wada and his deputy ready to vote.

5:10pm: With the arrival of Governor Wada and completion of accreditation, all is set for voting.

4:10: Kogi State Deputy Governor Arc. Abayomi Awoniyi just entered the stadium to a standing ovation. The three aspirants may enter the arena any moment from now.

2:40: The Electoral Panel Chairman, Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi just left the Lokoja Confluence Stadium after assessing the level of preparations.

2:30 Accreditation will start shortly as delegates are now outside the venue. Stern looking security men are  also positioned around the stadium.

2:00pm:  Arrival of delegates at Confluence Stadium, venue of the primaries.
