The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said it will challenge Femi Fani-Kayode acquittal by a Federal Court in Lagos.
Fani-Kayode was , Wednesday, discharged and acquitted of the money laundering charges he has been facing since 2008.
