LAGOS—LAGOS State Governor, Mr Akiwunmi Ambode, yesterday, tasked workers to adopt a change of attitude in the discharge of duties just as he assured the state civil servants of his administration’s commitment to upgrading their welfare.

Ambode gave the charge at a forum with the state civil servants, held at the Adeyemi Bero Hall, Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.

It will be recalled that Ambode had last weekend met with the body of Permanent Secretaries in the state, reiterating that the state civil service would drive the change and the continuity which he intends to put in place in the next four years.

Ambode advised public servants to align with his administration’s vision with diligence with all sense of purpose.

He said he expected all public servants to resume work as early as possible saying “what matters is the quality of service put into the work.”
