Obasanjo was a military Head of State and returned as a civilian president. Muhammadu Buhari was once a military leader, who returned on Friday as a civilian president. We should not forget the immediate past Federal Minister for Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who came in 2003 to 2005 as Minister, left, and returned again from 2011 to 2015.
