The 7th African Women   in Leadership Conference, AWLC, on African Women Transcending the Globe, Breaking Barriers, will begin tomorrow.

Expected to be declared open by wife of the President-elect, Aisha Buhari, this year’s edition, which is hosted by the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mrs. Joke Orelope-Adefulire, according to Mr. Elisha Attai, Founder, African Women in Leadership Organization, “is designed to empower African women to take up leadership roles and reach heights that once seemed impossible.”

According to him, the conference will draw participants from across the continent.
