Imo State was temporarily shut down, Saturday. Movement was restricted and security personnel are everywhere, ensuring that people respect the restriction of movement order.

Vanguard witnessed a mild drama that took place at the Fire Service Roundabout, Owerri, this morning. The biological and God-parents of a newly baptized baby was stopped by the security personnel at this roundabout and almost prevented them from going home.

The security personnel manning this point slammed a N2,000 bill on the family but eventually, they parted with N500 before being allowed to leave for their home.
