ONITSHA —Former governor of Anambra State and leader of All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state, Sen. Chris Ngige, has expressed disappointment over the continued failure of card readers and manipulation tendencies of other opposition parties during the March 28 and April 11 elections in the South East and South South zones of the country.

He said it was quite unfortunate that while the APC was relying on card readers and free and fair election, the opposition parties conspired with INEC in the two geo-political zones to manipulate the elections at the presidential, national and state assemblies, as well as gubernatorial election against APC.
