A political pressure group, Ebosa Political Front, EPF, has joined Nigerians and the international community in extolling President Goodluck Jonathan for conceding defeat in the March 28 presidential election and congratulating his chief opponent, President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate who emerged victorious.

Coordinator of the group, Mr. Jolomi Esiategiwa, said that the APC presidential victory notwithstanding, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, will sweep the polls in the April 11 governorship election in Delta State.

He praised President Jonathan for not taking the presidential election as a do or die affair. He described the action as worthy of emulation by other African leaders. The EPF coordinator urged all Deltans to massively cast their votes for Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, the PDP governorship candidate and Mr. Michael Diden, House of Assembly candidate in Warri North in the April 11 elections.
