Former  beauty queen and showbiz entrepreneur, Juliet Geoffrey, talks about Miss Green and White Nigeria  beauty pageant in this interview. Exceprt

 WHY MISS GREEN AND WHITE NIGERIA

MGWN is designed to promote peace and unity and stimulate awareness against violence and apathy towards the oneness of Nigeria particularly among the youths and at the same time celebrating young Nigerian women; presenting them as unique blend of beauty, elegance, intelligence and excellence.

 HOW OLD IS THE PAGEANT

The maiden edition was a success and we are currently working on the 2^nd edition to hold in October 2015 as part of the activities to commemorate the Nigeria independence.

THE COMPETITION

The event will begin with the selection of the contestants in six states to represent 36 States of the federation including the FCT.  The beauty, personal qualities, skills and ability of the contestants to take on  ambassadorial role will be judged as soon as they enter the camp. We hope to hold a briefing very soon.

APPEAL

 We make a passionate appeal to the well-meaning agencies, NGOs, government parastatals, corporate bodies and individuals to support us to reform our youth, help build a peaceful society and promote stability for a sustainable development.
