Tragedy struck, yesterday, at Ogudu area of Lagos when a woman died in an auto crash which occurred around 7.15a.m.
At the time of filing this report, the cause of the incident could not be ascertained as the road was free of traffic gridlock.
There were no traces of collision at the accident scene and this left people wondering what could have caused the crash.
Vanguard gathered that the accident occurred when the lone occupant of the black Gulf car with number plate FFA 902 XA was approaching Alapere pedestrian bridge, but nobody could ascertain the cause of the accident.
Eyewitnesses said the woman was coming to Lagos from Offa, when the accident occured.
Sympathizers were said to have removed the body from the car and laid her on the culvert, after which they contacted her relatives who rushed to the scene.
