BARELY 24 hours workers of the Enugu State Water Corporation protested move by out-going Governor Sullivan Chime administration to bring in a private firm to take over the collection of water rate in the state for the next 25 years, the State House of Assembly has stopped the deal which was earlier scheduled to take off as from today (Friday).
