N-Deltans must unite for Jonathan, says Odje

By Festus Ahon

ASABA—Facilitator of Niger Delta Democratic Union, NDDU and lawyer, Dr Akpo Mudiaga-Odje, yesterday, said that the people of the Niger Delta should set aside all their differences and unite by voting en-masse for President Goodluck Jonathan in the March 28 presidential election.

Odje, in a statement, said: “This is a time in our collective history and existence as ethnic nationalities of the Nigerian state, which has benefited immensely from oil resources, to unite behind one of our own as we reach out to our brothers and sisters from other geo-political zones of our dear country.

“It is no longer news or new to say that it is the Niger Delta that is the economic live-wire of Nigeria.”
