KOKORI—A former House of Representatives member, representing Ethiope constituency, Delta State, Mr. Solomon Edoja, has urged Urhobo political class in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to establish a contract of service with the candidates vying for positions on the platform of the party.
Speaking with Vanguard after at his Kokori residence in Ethiope East Local Government Area, Edoja said that the era when politicians were issued blank cheques was over, noting that candidates must itemize their programmes and how they intend driving the manifesto of the PDP to the electorate as it affects the masses.
