Former Managing Director, Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority, OOGFZA, Dr. Noble Abe, has described former Head of State and presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, as a man of character and integrity.

Abe, in a statement in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, wondered why individuals who have cases to answer with anti-graft agencies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, would choose to assassinate Buhari’s character because of politics.

He said: “I am a Nigerian and very proud to be one. I am, however, appalled by the direction our dear country and politics are going. A nation where men and women of integrity are vilified and denigrated while corrupt people of dubious character are celebrated and treated as heroes, leaves much to be desired.”
