KANO – The Action Alliance has endorsed its Deputy National Chairman, Malam Isa Aaladu to assume in acting capacity the leadership of the party.
A press statement signed by the National Secretary of the party, Abdulmallak Abdulrahman and it’s Publicity Secretary, Bobb Rekke respectively that was circulated to media Houses in Kano also mandated Rev. Ayozie Johnson as Acting national leader of the party .
The statement explained that the development was sequel to leave of absence the party granted to the former occupiers of the affected positions in the light of their political pursuit.
The statement added that “the national think tank of Action Alliance has unanimously grant a leave of absent to two of our National leaders pursuant to various article of the party’s constitution.
The statement named the affected officials granted leave of absence as Taiwo Otegbeyi and Senator Tunde Anifowose Kilani both National leader and National chairman respectively.
The statement noted that the leave of absence takes effect from February to May 2015, this was to enable the party officials concentrate on electioneering campaign and post election litigation.
The statement further enjoined the general public to accord it’s new leaders deserve respect.
