ASABA—DELTA State Commissioner for Information, Mr Chike Ogeah, yesterday, said that Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan was committed to the emergence of an Anioma indigene as his successor in the February 28 poll.

Senior lawyers of the University of Benin, UNIBEN, have condemned the action of Edo State Governor, Mr. Adams Oshiomole, in demolishing property allegedly belonging to the University without exhausting the due process of law.

Section 10(6) mandates the Commission to include and incorporate the Supplementary Voters List (derived from continuous voters’ registration exercises) in the National Register of Voters and certify same after resolving complaints and objections raised by registered voters within the stipulated time for its use in general elections.
