WARRI—Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and his running mate, Mr. Kinsley Otuaro, have been described as the best to lead the state, when elected into office.

Addressing supporters at Bomadi, the immediate past Chairman of PDP in Bomadi Local Government Area of the state, Mr. Labo, said that given the discordant voices along ethnic leanings, the Okowa/Otuaro ticket, when elected, will harmonise all groups and called on the people of the council to come out and massively vote for the PDP in all the elections.

Describing Okowa as a detribalised Deltan, the PDP House of Assembly flag-bearer said that the governorship hopeful represents the symbol of unity Deltans were yearning for.

“Given the experience of the candidate and his deputy, they are match for the job. Their support is a support for greater Delta,” Labo said.
