ABUJA — THE National Peace Committee, NPC, set up in the wake of the signing of a non-violence pact by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, President Goodluck Jonathan and his All Progressives Congress, APC, counterpart, General Muhammadu Buhari (ret), yesterday, expressed worry over some unpleasant comments emanating from the two camps in the build-up to February poll.

To this end, the committee had asked the two leading candidates to ensure they adhere strictly to the agreement they entered into.

It also tasked the two politicians to caution their supporters on the implications of some of their actions and statements.
