WARRI—THE Project Engineer for the upgrading of Osogbo Railway Station and National Vice-Chairman, Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers, NICE, Olalekan Salami will be among the four distinguished engineers billed to deliver lecture at the 2014 NICE Warri seminar holding in Warri, Delta State, Saturday, October 18, 2014.

According to a statement by Chairman of NICE, Warri, Donald Okeke and Secretary, Isaiah Ogho, the seminar taking place at MIMI Suite Annex, Bendel Estate, Effurun will also feature lectures from John Agori, Dr. Constant Omamogho and Mr. Bisola Smith.

This year’s seminar tagged “development and deployment of sustainable construction materials in Nigeria,” is part of the institution’s effort to check the poor state of infrastructure in the country with a view to avoiding construction collapse.

The event which will commence by 9. 00a.m., will also have practising engineers, engineering students and other stakeholders in attendance.
