Delta State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, Young Democrats, PDPYD, has elected a new executive, with a charge on them to see themselves as not just leaders of tomorrow but partners of today.

Speaking at the inaugura-tion of the new executive, state Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Ebifa Ijomah, represented by the state Chairman of Nigeria Youth Council, Mr. Hope George, while urging the youths to be diligent and respectful to constituted authorities, promised to give the group the needed support.

He said: “You should think of what you can do for your community and the country.

“Membership of PDPYD is a call to service and it should be paramount to you.”
