By Festus Ahon

Ughelli—A chieftain of People’s Democratic Party in Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Emmanuel Ekee, has urged the people of Isoko nation to support the re-election bid of Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Mr. Leo Ogor.

Speaking at an interactive session with newsmen in Irri, Ekee described Ogor as the pride of the Isoko nation, adding “we are proud of his bold and intelligent contributions in the House.

“Besides, he has given quality representation to the Isoko people and has impacted positively on the lives of the people through the provision of infrastructure.
“I advise our Isoko people to discard the saying that a mother’s breast should not be sucked by one child. Rather, the emphasis should be that a mother’s breast should not be wasted on a child who will not be useful to the family.”

He commended Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and the leadership of PDP in the state for the hitch-free local government election primaries, adding that the state was now set for the party to record a resounding victory at the polls.
