MEMBERS of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, have been urged to come out en- mass to deliver the party in tomorrow’s local government election.

The state commissioner for Works, Mr. Solomon Funkekeme, made the appeal in Kiagbodo, yesterday, during the flag-off of campaign in Burutu Local Government Area.

He called for unity among Burutu PDP chairmanship candidates, councillors and party members for the success of the the election, adding that the council area has been impacted positively since the inception of PDP in Delta State.

Candidate of the PDP in Burutu Local Government Area, Mr. Ebikeme Clarke, in his address, promised to give the local government area a face lift, adding that he would key into the three- point agenda of the present administration. He also promised to bring additional 13 points agenda to actualize his vision for the area.

Deacon Kenneth Ogeibiri, PDP Chairman, Burutu LGA, on his part, assured the chairmanship candidate and his team of total support from the party in the area because according to him, PDP is synonymous with empowerment.
