THE national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, has presented the party’s flag to a House of Representatives aspirant for the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the 2015 general elections, Chief Tony Azuya.
The flag was presented to the aspirant in Asaba when he declared his intention to contest the election before his supporters and the leadership of the party from all parts of the country.
Chief Azuya said his desire to represent the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal constituency was to enable him contribute his quota to the infrastructural and socio-economic growth of the area.
According to him, youth and women empowerment would be given due attention, if elected, while assuring that APGA had all that was required to bring the needed change to the state.
Speaking, Chief Umeh said Chief Azuya was a tested and trusted hand that could give effective representation to the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, if voted into office.
