LOKOJA—Political associates of Senator Smart Adeyemi yesterday picked the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, expression of interest and nomination forms for him to contest for Kogi West senatorial seat for a third term.

Chairman of Mopamuro Local Government Area, Mr. Folorunsho Daniyan, who led other chairmen and commissioners from the zone, said their decision was in line with the wish of the people for Adeyemi to continue with his good representatives in the National Assembly.

He said:   “Our decision to tax ourselves to obtain form for Senator Smart to return to the National Assembly is prompted on quality representation, experience, ranking and prompt delivery of dividends of democracy.”
