The Black Stars face another herculean task in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Togo in Lome in a second Group E match.

Head coach Kwesi Appiah and his side have lost the backing of fans and will know the repercussions of a repeat of Saturday’s insipid performance against Uganda in the 1-1 draw.

Togo are a wounded side after losing 2-1 to Guinea in their first game and would be desperate to deepen the wounds of the Black Stars.

Tottenham Hotspur star striker Emmanuel Adebayor who has returned to international football has recovered from the injury which ruled him out of their opener. Togo head coach Tchanile Tchakala has tried to take the pressure off his team by stating Black Stars are the favourites.
