UGHELLI—PEOPLES Democratic Party, PDP, stakeholders in Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State, have berated some party chairmanship aspirants in the council over their outburst, following the just concluded council chairmanship primaries.

Speaking on behalf of the stakeholders, Chief Ochuko Unuagba, said: “Majemite has paid her due and was the only aspirant who consulted leaders and the ward executive in all the wards in the council.
“The emergence of Mrs. Majemite as the party flag-bearer was a collective and unanimous decision of all stakeholders in the council after an extensive consultation with party elders, leaders, executives, women and youths.”
