Lagos—Lagos State Government yesterday said over N87 million on infrastructure and victims of April 13, 2014 rain storm in Surulere area of the state, whose roofs were either damaged or completely blown off by the thunderstorm as well as owners of defective buildings.
This came as Governor Babatunde Fashola said 70 percent of the infrastructure provided by the state government was funded through the Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, noting however, that the state recorded 106 percent performance in the second quarter implementation of its 2014 budget of N489.6 billion.
