Culture clashes and concerns over sovereignty will undermine efforts by foreign experts to help Nigeria’s military find the schoolgirls held hostage by Boko Haram but cooperation can work, experts said on Friday.

This admonition is coming on the heels of the arrest of a 32-year-old man who allegedly impersonates prominent Nigerians on facebook, using the medium as adverts for business transactions.

BARELY 24 hours after the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Uyo, Professor Comfort Ekpo, drew the attention of security operatives and members of the public to threats by members of Boko Haram to unleash terror on the university, her residence has been attacked by gunmen.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, was Secretary to the State Government, SSG in the Lucky Igbinedion government in Edo State, leader of the GRACE group, the political structure that was believed to have pushed forward the Adams Oshiomhole phenomenon on the Edo political turf. He recently resigned from the APC upon simmering differences with other top chieftains of the party in Edo State. He spoke in an interview on his odyssey in the APC.
