MAKURDI — There was ‘juju’ scare at the Benue State Government House, yesterday morning, when a mysterious clay pot, containing fetish substances was found at the main roundabout leading to the seat of power.

The presence of the strange object caused panic among staff and security personnel attached to the Government House.
Sources at Governent House told Vanguard that the pot was sighted at the spot when workers reported for work as early as 7 am.

The presence of the strange object compelled security operatives stationed at the Government House to be at red alert as they conducted a thorough search on anyone going into the premises.
It was further gathered that the mysterious pot which contained substances suspected to be palm oil, meat and some reddish materials was deposited at the spot during the wee ours of the day.

A Government House official who craved anonymity, told Vanguard that the strange object initially scared most of them from going into their offices.
