Jonathan redeploys 5 perm secs

ABUJA — President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday approved the redeployment of  five permanent secretaries.

This was contained in a press statement issued in Abuja by Dr. Tope Ajakaiye, Director of Press, at the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation.

Those affected in the redeployment  are Mr. Linus Awute who moved from Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, OSGF, to the Federal Ministry of Health.; Malam Mohammed   Bukar, also from the Special Duties Unit of OSGF to General Services Office and Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita of the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs to the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology.

Others are   Mrs. Rabi   Jimeta from Federal Ministry of Science   and Technology to Ministry of Environment and Mr.Taye Haruna, from Federal Ministry of Environment to Federal Ministry of Special Duties   and Intergovernmental Affairs.

The statement further indicated that the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Alhaji Bukar Goni Aji, directed that handing and taking over by all those affected by the redeployment should be completed on or before April 16, 2014.
