Inlaks holds feedback forum, recognises customers

By Richard Udofia

Managing Director of Inlaks Computers, Mr Femi Adeoti, last week advised business executives in the country to adopt feedback mechanism as a way of assessing service standards of their businesses to the public. Adeoti spoke at the Quarterly Customer Relationship and Feedback Forum held by the company in Lagos recently to recognize its customers for their outstanding patronage.

Represented by Mr. Tunji Agbaje, an Executive Director, Adeoti said that apart from recognizing customers, the interactive forum was aimed at enabling the company to review its service delivery efficiency with its customers and obtain feedback on its performance. He emphasized the importance of feedback in improving the company’s service delivery and enhancing its customers’ business through innovative solutions and support services.

He further explained that the forum which started in 2013 is a quarterly convergence of Inlaks’ numerous customers in Nigeria and is designed to take evaluation from its customers.  He noted that “Feedback is essential for continuous optimum support and improvements in service delivery;  it increases our customer base and  a way of recognizing  our customers who have given us good business,” he added.

Participants at the forum included all banks in the financial industry, many big players in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Manufacturing sectors. During the interactive session, some of the customers commended Inlaks for acting on feedback from the previous forum by providing solutions for issues raised.
