The Rector of  the Yaba College of Technology Dr. Mrs. Kudirat Ladipo tops the list of awardees that will be conferred with Patron Award by the Abesan Football Development at this year’s Final  billed for may 18 oct at Yabatech Mainbowl.

A release signed by the Co-ordinator of the Abesan Football Development, Tayo Adeyemo said the award is in recongnition of the her  immense support for Nigerian youths through sports.
Adeyemo reveled that Mrs. Ladipo had on  numerous occasions supported the association by donating match balls, jerseys and trophies

He noted that the decision to honour the recipients was taken at the last executive meeting of the body
Other recipients are Victor Udokhai, Godson Uti, Dare Esan,  Afolabi Gambari, Patrick Omorodion, Tana Aiyejina,  Adeyinka Adedipe, Emmanuel Njoku, Effiong Nyong and the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Gorvenor on Grassroot Sports, Prince Wale Oladunjoye

The new Patrons will join the likes of Mrs. Clementina Doregos, Ejiro Omonode,Dare Faneye, Bayo Olugbemi, Kunle Soremekun, Sunday Akintoye, Cajethan Ekejuiba and Isaac Kole whose conferment as Patron was done in July 2013 at  the Agege stadium during the final  of the 2013 edition.

There will also be awards for organisations that have supported the Abesan Cup such as  CWAY, Tasty Time and more.
